On April 20, 2026, a session of the Academic Council of the Institute of Higher Education of the NAES of Ukraine was held.

Before the start of the meeting, the director of the Institute Iryna Drach presented the NAES Diplomas of the 3rd degree for monograph «Policies and strategies for the development of universities in the context of post-war renovation: synergy of social and institutional transformations of higher education, science, and economy» to its authors: Yuri Mielkov, Dr.Hab. in Philosophy, Sen. Researcher; Alla Havryliuk, Dr. Hab. in Public Administration, Prof.; Viktor Zinchenko, Dr.Hab. in Philosophy, Sen. Res. Fellow; Yurii Vitrenko, Ph.D. in Economics. Ass. Prof.; Viktoriya Vorona, Ph.D. in Pedagogy, Sen. Researcher.

The following issues were considered during the session of the council:

  • making amendments to the Work Plan of the Institute of Higher Education of the NAES of Ukraine for 2026;
  • distribution of basic funding funds based on the results of state certification in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated March 05, 2026 No. 412 (as amended by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated March 24, 2026 No. 507));
  • approving the Rules for Admission to Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies at the Institute of Higher Education of the NAES of Ukraine in 2026;
  • making changes to the technical task for academic research, the Perspective thematic plan of academic research of the Institute for 2026–2028, and the Thematic plan of academic research of the Institute on the topic of the NAES of Ukraine for 2026.

As a result of the consideration of these issues, the Academic Council of the Institute has made the corresponding decisions.
