On October 01, 2026, a meeting of the Academic Council of the Institute of Higher Education of the NAES of Ukraine was held

Before the start of the meeting, the director of the Institute Iryna Drach presented Vitalii Kozulia, history teacher at the private secondary education institution «IT STEP SCHOOL» Lyceum, the Ph.D. Diploma in the field of knowledge 01 «Education / Pedagogy» on specialty 011 «Educational, pedagogical sciences».

The following issues were considered during the session of the council:
– approving decisions of the Institute’s certification commission;
– approving the schedule of the accreditation process of the educational and scientific program «Policy and Leadership in Higher Education» and amendments to the Thematic Plan of Scientific Research of the Institute on the topics of the NAES of Ukraine for 2026;
– making changes to the editorial board of the academic journal «Philosophy of Education» and the editorial staff of the international academic journal «Universities and Leadership»;
– presentation of the report «On financing higher education and providing state targeted support to its applicants».

As a result of the consideration of these issues, the Academic Council of the Institute has made the corresponding decisions.
