Presentations by researchers of the Institute of Higher Education at the Exhibition “Education and Career – 2025″

On April 11 to 12, 2025, the Forty-Second International Exhibition “Education and Career” was held online, organized by the All-Ukrainian community organization “Znannya” with support by the NAES of Ukraine and the State Scientific Institution “Institute for Modernization of Educational Content”.

Among other events in the program of the Exhibition, on April 11, a seminar “Contemporary University in the Synergy of Transformations of Society, Science and Economics” was conducted by research fellows of the Institute of Higher Education of the NAES of Ukraine. Fellows of the Department of Social and Institutional Transformations in Higher Education Yurii Mielkov, Alla Havryliuk, Yurii Vitrenko and Viktoriya Vorona presented their vision of current trends in the development of HEIs aimed at ensuring the career prospects of graduates and their competitiveness in the labor market in the era of “Industry 4.0”. The participants of the seminar included academic, pedagogical and research fellows, as well as students from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University, the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, etc.

The presentation was based on the results of the research on the topic “Development of universities in the context of post-war renovation: synergy of social and institutional transformations of higher education, science, and economy”, which is being carried out by the Department of Social and Institutional Transformations in Higher Education of the Institute of Higher Education of the NAES of Ukraine in 2024–2025.
