On October 30, 2025, a session of the Academic Council of the Institute of Higher Education of the NAES of Ukraine was held.

Before the start of the session Director of the Institute Iryna Drach awarded:
Mykhailo Boichenko, Doctor of philosophical sciences, Professor, leading research fellow of the Department of Interaction between Universities and Society, with the «Grygoriy Skovoroda» medal of the NAES of Ukraine for his significant personal contribution to the development of higher education and philosophical science, many years of fruitful academic activity and on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of scientific and pedagogical activity in higher education;
Viktoriya Vorona, Candidate of pedagogical sciences, senior research fellow of the Department of Social and Institutional Transformations in Higher Education, with the Certificate of Senior Researcher.

The following issues were considered during the sessions of the council:
– approving: the decisions of the Institute’s certification commission; individual plans of postgraduate and doctoral students;
– appointing a scientific supervisor for a postgraduate student of the Institute in the first year of study;
– clarifying the topic of the dissertation thesis by postgraduate student Maria Sayuk;
– making amendments to the Thematic Plan of Scientific Research of the Institute on the topics of the NAES of Ukraine for 2025;
– preparing the 14th International Scientific and Practical Conference «European Integration of Higher Education of Ukraine in the Context of the Bologna Process. Bologna Principles and Tools, Values in Higher Education».
As a result of the consideration of these issues, the Academic Council of the Institute has made the corresponding decisions.
